JacquelineWARD LOMAXJacqueline (Jacky) Ward Lomax (aged 82) died peacefully on 23 June 2024 at Castle Hill Hospital.
She was much loved by daughters Tonya & Jemma, sister Terrill, all the grandchildren and wider family. Also loved by many friends in Hull and beyond. She will be greatly missed.
Jacky was an art teacher for many years and was also a well-known local artist. She contributed significantly to the Avenues community where she lived for over 50 years, creating beautiful tree sculptures, encouraging art in all forms to thrive and working tirelessly with others to raise money to reinstall Victoria Fountain which is now a local landmark.
Her funeral takes place on Friday 19th July at 10.30 in the Large Chapel at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium - all who knew her are welcome to celebrate her life.
